Before you order
Do you offer bulk pricing for 100+ pins?
Yes. Bulk and repeat production is what we do most. Tell us if you need 100, 160, 200 or more and we send a custom quote with volume pricing. Repeat clients always get special rates.
What happens after I order?
We review your artwork, adjust it to meet manufacturing requirements, prepare a production-ready file and send a digital proof. Production starts only after you approve it, and revisions are free before that.
How long does production take?
Usually 2 to 4 weeks, depending on quantity and complexity. Repeat orders with the same design are usually faster. If you have a deadline, tell us before ordering.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide with tracking. Express options are available on request. Buyers outside the US may need to pay customs duties on delivery. For US orders, duties and fees are included at checkout.
Do you keep my design for future orders?
Yes. We keep the mold and source files for repeat clients, which means faster production, lower setup cost and consistent quality.
Can you make a pin from my photo or sketch?
Yes. We create enamel pins from a photo, a sketch or a concept. Pet portraits and wedding pins are made this way.
About the studio
A small studio in Ukraine, working with clients worldwide
pin4all started in 2016 as a small custom enamel pin project in Ukraine. It grew into a made-to-order studio with a team of designers, and clients in many countries.
Despite challenging conditions, we keep producing and shipping orders with the same attention to quality and communication. We focus on transparency and long-term cooperation, and many of our clients reorder every year.
